With the Dallas Cowboys winning their eighth straight game of the season against the Steelers, there should be no question who the starting quarterback is. Dak Prescott has arguably been one of the best quarterbacks all season. He is a special talent and has the potential to go down as this draft’s biggest steal.

Tony Romo has been great for the Cowboys in his 14 year career, but it is time to move on. Prescott has proved every game why he should be the starter, and as long as the Cowboys are winning, he will continue to be the leader of this football team. It is time for Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett to name Prescott the starting quarterback for the rest of the season.

Dak Prescott is a born leader and that is being reflected on the football field. His poise in the clutch is amazing for a rookie. Prescott has proved all the doubters wrong, and will continue to do so as the season goes on.

On the season, Prescott has thrown for 2,339 and 14 touchdowns. He has also ran for 125 yards and four touchdowns. His numbers do not say he has been amazing, but if you watch him, you will realize why he is the best option to start at quarterback for the Cowboys.

Jerry Jones has already said Romo will be active for week 11 but will backup Prescott. With the season over halfway in the books, it will be interesting to see how far Prescott can take the Dallas Cowboys.
