With the Redskins loss against the Cardinals today, the Dallas Cowboys have secured a playoff berth for the second time in three seasons. It is still to be seen what seed they will have but they are 11-1 and look like the team to beat. Right now, they are the number one overall seed and have a good chance of keeping the top spot in the NFL and NFC.
The Cowboys have a lot of great young talent and will be a good team for years to come. An offensive core of Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott, Dez Bryant, and the offensive line is a scary thing for opposing teams to deal with.
The Cowboys will look to secure a first round bye within the next couple of weeks. The first round bye would help out a lot for a team that has delt with various injuries most of the year. They will look to clinch the NFC East division with a win over the New York Giants next week.
